Diamond Pilla is a second-year pre-medical student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Natural Applied Sciences with minors in Chemistry and Psychology at Florida International University (Honors College). She has a profound interest in healthcare research in both mental and physical aspects. She has also developed a keen interest in personality and identity psychology. Her experience includes teaching/educational STEM environments, such as FIU’s PLTL program and working alongside an FIU Biology professor, Dr. John Cozza, as one of his Learning Associates. Outside of research, she loves to read and enjoys volunteering!
