Heidi Cian a STEM education scholar interested in understanding how individuals identify themselves within STEM, the institutional mechanisms that preclude self-perception within STEM, and the capability of transdisciplinary learning opportunities to facilitate access to STEM for underrepresented individuals. Heidi currently works at the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance as the Research Team Lead.
