Nicole Villa is a fourth-year undergraduate I/O Psychology student at FIU and undergraduate research assistant for the “Talking Science” Lab from the STEM Transformation Institute. She first graduated from Miami Dade College with an Associates of Arts Degree in Psychology before transferring to FIU. Upon graduation, she hopes to work in the business management field where she could oversee or help implement procedures to reach a common goal, whether that looks like using strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention or advising clients or companies on best practices for desired outcomes. In her free time, you can find her staying active, researching, writing, or working on creative projects.
